No.12 Squadron (The Yaks) at Leh. The Squadron personnel pose with the first jeep to be airlifted to Leh in Ladakh, where an Airfield was constructed from scratch to facilitate airlift of personnel and supplies.

Artillery Guns of the Hazara Mountain Battery being loaded onto Dakota VP903. Thease guns were landed at Punch to provide support to the Isolated army Garrison there.
